- Sinki
- Sinki is a popular food among the Nepali people both in India and Nepal. It is 100% vegetarian food product.
- It is a preserved fermented vegetable, similar to Gundruk. The main difference being that while gundruk is prepared using the leaves of radish, Sinki is prepared using shredded radish tap roots or the main root itself when mass produced. It is served as a side dish with the main meal and is also used as an appetiser and can be made into a soup.

- 10 g Sinki
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- Sinki is dried fermented vegetables usually radish and a kind of lettuce by storing it in air tight container and employing the excellent technique of bio-preservation of perishable vegetables.
- Due to high content of organic acid it can be stored for over a year or more.
- It have various gut friendly microorganisms which will help to aid digestion.
