- Dried fish delicacy, usually grounded to make a paste or achaar with dalle or spices. Tastes great with Kalo Dal and rice.
- Cooking Instructions
Ingredients: Onion, Garlic, Green Chilli, Tomato, Mustard Oil, Sukti (dried Fish), Red Dry Chilli, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Leaves.
- Chop the onions, garlic, green chilli and tomato
- Fry the Sukti in mustard oil and keep it aside.
- Fry the red dry chilli and chopped garlic.
- Add the chopped onions and Dalle chillis and fry for some time
